School leaders enrolled in TRAILS have a unique chance to strengthen their coaching and leadership skills through engaging, self-paced online workshops. Using Radical Learners, an interactive learning platform, educators can move at their own speed—pausing when needed, re-watching lessons for a refresher, and joining conversations with peers in a supportive community space.
Created by Jim Knight and Jenny Ryschon-Knight of The Instructional Coaching Group, each course draws on more than 20 years of research in instructional coaching. Best of all, participants can access every course for free and earn both TRAILS professional hours and a stipend for each one completed.
