I've acquired a great understanding of transportation architecture. There is a great deal of forethought required in designing a space dedicated to transportation. As transportation architecture plays a crucial role in shaping society by being the backbone of the economy, as it important to move produce, goods and people.
This reflection delves into the significance of transportation architecture, exploring its impact on efficiency, sustainability, and the overall human experience. It also made me realized the importance of the research process as it can effect or improve the overall design of the structure.
I found it difficult to conceptualize new and innovative ideas that will be applicable and feasible. Although it was difficult I was able to go beyond the limit of my imagination and think of an appropriate concept that will compliment the project.
Before I struggled quite a bit with digital applications skills needed for architecture, but I have overcome it. I have noticed that I did not struggled as much during this term as I have continue to learn and grow. Unfortunately I am still struggling with my time management and haven't able to address his ongoing problem of mine. I promise to make a commitment to best improve myself in this area. I know how important keeping track of time and managing time is for this field.
My advice for the upcoming third year Thomasian students is to focus on their research methodology as it can help translate their ideas into their designs, and to hone their digital rendering skills as it will be helpful for them throughout their Architecture year.
