Em caso de perda ou roubo, comunique o Escritório Internacional da sua unidade USP o quanto antes. 

Nota: O aluno deverá pagar uma taxa caso necessite de uma nova via do seu cartão BUSP (*exceto em casos de roubo com apresentação do Boletim de Ocorrência (link para fazer o Boletim Online)) /

The USP student card is your credential within USP – by presenting it, you will have access to some areas of the university, such as the University Restaurants, Libraries, Sports Practice Center, etc.
The USP card is available in both physical and digital formats (via the e-Card USP app).

A tarifa do transporte público em São Paulo custa R$4,40 (ônibus) e R$5,00 (metrô e trens).

Bilhete Único Comum

Para ajudar os passageiros a economizarem, foi criado o Bilhete Único (conhecido como ‘Bilhete Único Comum’): um cartão que permite que os usuários utilizem diversos meios de transporte (ônibus, metrôs e trens) pagando uma única tarifa para viagens realizadas dentro de um período determinado (geralmente de 3 horas) e possibilitando a transferência entre os diferentes modais sem custos adicionais. 

Você pode solicitar seu Bilhete Único Comum no site da SPTrans (empresa de transportes de São Paulo) ou indo até o posto autorizado mais próximo à USP, localizado no Terminal Pinheiros.

Bilhete Único Estudantil

Como estudante da USP, você pode solicitar o Bilhete Único Estudantil, que permitirá que você pague uma tarifa reduzida ao utilizar o transporte público da cidade.

Veja como obter seu Bilhete Único Estudantil:

Passo 1: Por e-mail, encaminhe ao Escritório Internacional da sua Unidade USP os seguintes dados:

• Nome e número USP

• Número e data de emissão do RNM (essas informações constam no protocolo emitido no dia do seu agendamento na PF);

• Número do CPF;

• Endereço em São Paulo (incluindo o CEP).

Passo 2: Matricule-se na USP.

• Realize sua matrícula nas disciplinas da USP, seguindo as orientações dos escritórios internacionais. 

• Solicite seu atestado de matrícula à unidade e o setor responsável pela sua matrícula.

Passo 3: Envie seus dados à PRIP USP

• Acesse a página da PRIP USP e preencha o formulário online.

Passo 4: Solicite o Bilhete Único Estudantil no site da SPTrans.

• Após preencher o formulário da PRIP USP, aguarde 7 dias e acesse o site da SPTrans para realizar a solicitação do seu Bilhete de Estudante.

• Pague a taxa de R$30,80 em bancos, casas lotéricas ou via PIX.

Passo 5: Receba seu cartão.

• Após concluir todas as etapas, o cartão será enviado para o endereço cadastrado na SPTrans, no prazo de até 15 dias úteis.

*** A vantagem de solicitar o Bilhete Único Comum é que você pode obter o cartão mais rapidamente do que o Bilhete Único Estudantil, que demora cerca de 2 semanas para ficar pronto. 

The public transportation fare in São Paulo costs R$4.40 (buses) and R$5.00 (metro and trains).

Regular Bilhete Único
To help passengers save money, the Bilhete Único (commonly known as the "Regular Bilhete Único") was created. It is a card that allows users to access various modes of transportation (buses, metro, and trains) by paying a single fare for trips made within a specified time frame uusually 3 hours) and enabling transfers between different modes of transport without additional charges.

You can request your Regular Bilhete Único on the SPTrans website (São Paulo's transportation company) or at the nearest authorized service point to USP, located at the Pinheiros Terminal.

Student Bilhete Único
As a USP student, you can apply for the Student Bilhete Único, which allows you to pay a reduced fare when using public transportation in the city.

How to get your Student Bilhete Único:

Step 1: Send your information via email to the International Office of your USP Unit. Include the following details:

• Name and USP Number

• RNM number and date of issue (this information is included in the protocol issued on the day of your appointment at the PF);

• CPF number;

• Address in São Paulo (including the postal code).

Step 2: Enroll at USP.

• Register for your courses at USP, following the guidelines provided by the International Offices.

• Request your enrollment certificate from the unit and the department responsible for your enrollment.

Step 3: Submit your information to PRIP USP.

• Access the PRIP USP webpage and complete the online form.

Step 4: Apply for the Student Bilhete Único on the SPTrans website.

• After completing the PRIP USP form, wait 7 days and then visit the SPTrans website to request your Student Bilhete Único.

• Pay the R$30.80 fee at banks, lottery agencies, or via PIX.

Step 5: Receive your card.

• After completing all the steps, the card will be sent to the address you provided to SPTrans within 15 business days.

*** The advantage of requesting the Regular Bilhete Único is that you can get the card faster than the Student Bilhete Único, which takes approximately 2 weeks to be ready.
