College Campus Visits

To visit a college campus:

1. Contact the admissions office of the college and schedule an appointment.

2. Print and complete the "College Visit Form" at the bottom of the page or pick one up from student services. Completing includes teacher, parent, counselor and administrators signature.

3. Return completed form to Main Office before your scheduled absence. This serves as your excuse for the day.
