Robotics is a branch of engineering that involves the design, construction, and operation of robots. The computer systems used to control the robot often use code to record sensory feedback and information processing. Robotics develops autonomous machines that can substitute for humans and replicate their actions. Some things that robots are used for are bomb detection and inspection of radioactive materials. Robots are also used to explore areas where humans can't survive like the depths of the ocean or the inside of a volcano. The overall goal of robotics is to assist humans in their everyday activities and replicate their actions.

Computer Science

Computer Science is the study of computers and computing concepts that includes both the software and hardware. It ranges from covering the design of computers and how they work to actually programming in specific languages. The field of Computer Science also involves Internet networking like telecommunication and user interface design.
