Purpose:  Identify ...

Procedure: Write out a brief text describing all 8 of the procedures for the tests.

Data: The spreadsheet of collected data. I strongly recommend, to make this readable that you:

file>page setup>landscape

(and then use the same steps to go back to portrait after the table)

Analysis: Your flow chart. Make sure that it is easily readable without zooming in on the document. (This can be a photo if it is clear and readable.)
