Uniform

Some sports require students to wear their PE uniform during games. Others require students to hire a guernsey or shirt from the library using a Commitment to Pay form. This will be indicated on the activity's consent form along with any other uniform requirements like black shorts or shin guards.

This system allows all students greater access to the appropriate uniform for their chosen sport without additional cost to the families.

Commitment to Pay form

If the sporting activity requires a student to borrow a uniform from the library, a Commitment to Pay form will be provided with the consent form.

This agreement stipulates if the uniform is not returned to the library, damaged or lost, the borrower will pay the replacement fee indicated on the form. If the uniform is returned cleaned and in acceptable condition, there will be no charge.

This form is to be taken to the library and exchanged for the required uniform. The uniform must be returned to the library no later than one week after the last game/event.  A late slip, like a library book, will be sent if the uniform becomes overdue.
