To start day five we visited a local art gallery in the center of Chania. The Karolos Monastery Museum, of the late and famous hairdresser and artist Karolos Kampelopoulos, has a permanent exhibition of two floors in the former Venetian monastery of Santa María de la Misericordia (1583).

Hilaren 5ean hasteko, Chaniako erdiguneko arte-galeria batera joan ginen. Karolos Kampelopoulos ile-apaintzaile eta artista ezagunaren «Karolos monasterioa» museoak bi solairuko erakusketa iraunkorra du Veneziako Miserikordiako Andre Mariaren monasterio zaharrean (1583).
After the museum we returned to the square to carry out various activities. We started cooking two typical dishes, the Spanakopita and Dakos. Spanakopita is a Greek empanada of jaldre filled with spinach, feta cheese and herbs. Dakos carries hard bread (such as a large toast), chopped tomato, feta cheese or mizithra, olive oil and oregano. We spent a while cooking and then went to the workshop with local and recycled materials where we could make from hand cream with organic and local products to decorate candles and make marcapagins. All this while we were in good company.

Museoaren ondoren, ezkutara itzuli ginen hainbat ekintza egiteko. Bi plater tipiko prestatzen hasi ginen, Spanakopita eta Dakos. Spanakopita hojaldrezko enpanada grekoa da, espinakaz, feta gaztaz eta belarrez betea. Dakos-ak ogi gogorra (ogi txigortu handi bat bezala), tomate xehatua, feta gazta edo mizithra, oliba olioa eta oreganoa daramatza. Denbora batez sukaldean aritu ondoren, tailerrean sartu ginen bertako materialak eta material birziklatuak erabiliz, eta hainbat gauza egin ahal izan genituen: esku-krema, produktu ekologikoak eta bertakoak, kandelak apaindu eta capaginak egin. To finish the class day there was a farewell ceremony where we were given gifts like a keychain and a necesser and also the diploma of the Erasmus + project. We were with the Germans eating typical dishes cooked by our Greek friends in the library and then spent a good time talking before we went home.

Eskola eguna bukatzeko, agurreko zeremonia bat izan zen, non giltzatako bat, nezeser bat eta Erasmus + proiektuaren diploma eman zizkiguten. Alemanekin batera egon ginen liburutegian gure lagun greziarrek prestatutako jaki tipikoak jaten, eta gero denbora luzea eman genuen etxera joan aurretik hizketan.
In the afternoon we spent a good time in the old town of Chania between shopping and taking something. Then we went to dinner at a restaurant all together where we ate Souvlaki and enjoyed the last days together.
