New Hire Training Program

The New Hire Training (NHT) program is meant to provide new associates at Partner sites with all of the necessary skills to manage Urbanic's customer requests, complaints, and problems.

The period of classroom training, on-the-job training, and certification will be specific and depends on the requirements.
