App Issues

Scenario:

In scenarios where customer complains about issues related to App functionality. ( App freeze, Unable to scroll app, App Crash, Unable to open the app )

Resolution:

1. Ask the customer to check the app version and ask to update to the latest app version

2. Ask the customer to uninstall the app and reinstall it from the Playstore/App store

3. Ask the customer to reboot the phone and try to use the app function again

If the App does not work after following the above steps kindly ask the customer to follow the advanced troubleshooting steps.

• Ask the customer to follow the below-given steps.

1. Clear app cache

2. Force stop the application 

Android (Clear app cache): Setting---Apps---Manage apps---Select Urbanic App---Clear data---Clear Cache.

Android (Force Stop App): Setting---Apps---Manage apps---Select Urbanic App---Force Stop---Click OK.
