Online Grade and Attendance Access
Aeries Parent Portal
The Aeries Parent Portal allows parents and students to ensure their information is correct with the district, find up-to-date information about grades and attendance online, view announcements from the Upland Unified School District and communicate directly with teachers and school staff.
To use the Aeries Portal, you will need to set up an account. To get started with the portal, select the Aeris Portal picture or use the Aeries Parent Portal Link . If you need assistance creating an account please refer to help links below.
Before parents can create an account individually, you will need 4 pieces of information:
Your Primary e-mail address - This should also match the primary email address you have listed with the district.
Student ID Number
The Primary Telephone Number you want used - This number should also match the primary number you have listed with the district.
Verification Code for each student - This Code is received from your student's school site. You will need the code for each of your students that you want to add. You will use each code to add your students to your 1 account.

Parents want to know what’s going on with their kids, plain and simple. Aeries Communication by ParentSquare provides parents an easy way to receive urgent messages, stay up-to-date on school activities and contact their child’s teachers.

Aeries Data Confirmation
Parent Data Confirmation is a feature of Aeries that allows parents to update Student information, Emergency Contacts, Medical conditions, and Authorization information online, replacing the normal submission of "Emergency Cards" every year. You will be required to confirm you students data prior to accessing your student's grades or sending messages through Aeries.
