Instructions for Application
UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS
Renewal of scholarship applications and new applications are now open! The deadline for submission of requirements is on 13 August 2021 (Friday).
New scholarships available are 1.) Zonta Club of Metro Ortigas Study Assistance Program (4 slots), and 2.) ALK Scholarship (1 slot).
Interested applicants in any of the available scholarship grants and those renewing their application may do so through the Scholarships and Financial Assistance Submission Portal in this link: https://forms.gle/CD3zaRXY8pAxi86F6.
The submission portal will ask you for the following required documents for upload:
Accomplished application form. You may download the application form from this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1y8L9ryH5Fig52zF2jDXOUMMdxOnPtriE/view?usp=sharing
Letter of application or renewal of scholarship. This should be to the Dean through the College Secretary stating reasons for wanting to avail the grant. Also state the specific grant or assistance program that you are applying to.
Letter of request of financial support from your parent/s or guardian.
For applicants already enrolled in the University, please submit also the following: (1) Printed Form 5 certified by OCS, (2) True Copy of Grades, and (3) certification of good moral character from the Office of the College Secretary.
Income Tax Return of parents (xerox copy). If applicant is working, his/her Income Tax Return; If married, attach also ITR of spouse (If income is derived from business, attached Income Statement). If the family is exempt from filing an income tax, please submit notarized affidavit of non-filing of income tax.
Other scholarship specific requirements (for example, essay for Zonta Club of Metro Ortigas and ALK Scholarship; and recommendation from faculty adviser or student organization for ALK scholarship). Save and upload all these as one file.
After submission, the UPCN Scholarship Committee will meet to deliberate on the applications. Note that for new applications, there may be a need to interview the applicants. Approved applicants will be notified through email with instructions on how they can get their stipend and allowance.
GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS
