The 2020 award payments are currently being processed and will hopefully be released by the end of January. The payments will include the resolved cases of appeals in 2019. Please be informed that the links for the Statement of No Conflict (SNC) creation and submissions for 2020 will be as follows:

We are working to release the funds before 30 June 2019. Kindly bear with us as we await budget clearance which is estimated to be completed in the next few days. Approval forms will also be sent out this week.

We are working to release the official approval documents and the disbursements for the awardees within June 2019. Please wait for our announcements by email, through the UP Email address you used for your application.

For data privacy reasons, we are not posting a bulk list of awardees. You have been emailed regarding the results of your application through the UP email address that is registered at the ADCP. Alternatively, a list of awardees was forwarded to the Chancellors. They may only share the specific information of units requesting. Disbursements of the 2019 award payments (Jan-Dec 2019) will be in June. The signed approval forms will also be sent to the awardees' units before the awards are disbursed.

• We have updated the unit names for UPLB College of Agriculture and Food Science and UP Cebu to reflect the recent changes in unit structure. Kindly recheck your applications for the updates.

• The period '1st sem AY 2015-2016' has been added to the application module under the Workload Credit (Units). We apologize for the oversight, as it was only recently approved that accomplishments from July 2015 be included. Please update your answers.

We have received reports that uploading of attachments were met with errors at the ADCP. This issue has now been fixed. Kindly see your applications again if this has happened to you.

Please also note that in case your attachments are not included in the supported file types, you may upload it in a different site (e.g. Google Drive, One Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and input its URL in the 'Web Links' field. You may also save your entries without attachments as you may come back to them for editing until you press the submit button.

Editing after the submit button has been pressed will be restricted and may only be reopened by the Unit Awards Committee Chair.
