Administrative duties represent a distinct form of academic service, where leadership is entrusted over an academic, research, or administrative unit. Unlike committee work, which is largely recommendatory in nature, administrative responsibilities carry the weight of decision-making, policy implementation, and the stewardship of people and resources. Jaderick has taken on such roles, guiding units through the demands of teaching, research, extension, and institutional development.

Design, manage, secure and maintain the hardware, software and peopleware components of the UPLB Campus Area Network (UPLBNet); Write drafts of and implement the user policies and guidelines of the UPLBNet; Design and write software for the efficient management and secured operation of the UPLBNet; Conduct basic and advanced research in data communication and networking (near-optimal TDMA scheduling for adhoc wireless networks).

Implemented the extension policies, and managed the computer training programs of the Institute of Computer Science (ICS).
