Colleges, as academic units within the university, rely on their faculty members not only for teaching and research but also for governance and shared decision-making. Jaderick has actively served in various college-wide committees of both the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) and the UPLB Graduate School (GS), contributing to policy formulation, academic program development, faculty and student welfare initiatives, and administrative improvements.

Help administer the CAS' and respective unit's link in the official UPLB websites; Gather reliable information/data and write articles for the CAS Accents and official UPLB newsletters and publications; Update the CAS website on a regular basis; Coordinate the college's activities with the concerned standing or working committees and assist them in information dissemination; And help coordinate with the UPLB ITC on matters concerning management of the CAS website.

CAS Committee on Extension
Helped draft the Extension policies and programs for the CAS; Monitor and coordinate the extension activities of the different units of CAS; Served as a liaison between CAS and the different UPLB units in extension activities; Planned and implemented an integrated extension program on the teaching of the basic disciplines for secondary school teachers.
College-level committee work represents the faculty’s closest and most immediate participation in academic governance. Through these roles, Jaderick’s service has directly supported the life of the college community, ensuring that decisions are informed by collective expertise and a commitment to academic excellence.
