At the institute level, faculty participation in committee work is the most immediate form of academic service. These committees address matters ranging from curriculum and instruction to student development, faculty concerns, and operational processes. Jaderick has actively served in such committees, taking part in decisions that shape the institute’s academic programs and daily operations.

Recommend policies concerning the use of computing services; Draft Regulations for the Acceptable Use of Computing Facilities and Services; Conduct consultations with the faculty and staff on policies related to the acceptable use of computing facilities; Identify the basic computing needs of faculty and staff.

ICS Undergraduate Practicum Program
Wrote the guidelines of implementation of the undergraduate practicum program; Coordinated with ICS's private and public ICT-based partner agencies in deploying, advising and monitoring students and students' work progress.
Institute-level committee work embodies the principle of collegiality at its closest scale. Through active involvement, Jaderick has contributed to initiatives that directly influence the learning environment, faculty development, and the operational strength of the institute.
