Abstract Guidelines
The paper should be an original work of the presenter and have not been presented in any previous local conference.
Abstracts should be around 500 words (12 pt., times new roman, single space) and must include the following parts: title, objectives of the study, brief methodology, results, and conclusion.
Abstract Review Process
1. All abstracts will undergo a double-blind review process.
2. Once received, abstracts will be sent to the paper review committee for evaluation.
3. The outcomes of the abstract review (acceptance or rejection), including any required revisions (if applicable), will be sent to the authors within four weeks.
4. Abstracts requiring revisions should be resubmitted within one week.
Deadline of Abstract Submission – September 15, 2022.

Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentations
1. Oral presentations involve live online Zoom sessions that will be moderated by a session chair. The audience may participate through the Zoom chat function or live Q&A after each presentation.
2. Paper presenters will be allocated 20 minutes each (15 minutes for the actual presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A).
3. Presentation should include the following parts: short background, objectives of the study, methodology, results and discussion, conclusion, and recommendations.
4. Presenters are expected to design their presentations well by considering the following guidelines.
Use font size that is at least 20 pt.
Avoid text heavy slides
Use images, diagrams, and charts
Simplify the design (use only essential information)
Use not more than 20 slides
5. Presenters are encouraged to rehearse their presentation to ensure that the time limit is followed.
6. Presenters have the option to submit a recording of their presentation (in lieu of a live presentation), but they need to be present during the actual session for the Q&A. Submit your recorded presentation on or before October 30, 2022.
Poster Presentation
1. The poster should display a clear and interesting visual presentation of your study.
2. The poster should contain only one slide. You are encouraged to prepare the poster using PowerPoint (widescreen slide size).
3. Posters should include the following parts: short background, objectives of the study, methodology, results, conclusion, and recommendations.
4. Make sure that the text and figures are clear and readable.
5. Keep your poster simple. Do not overload your poster with information.
6. Use illustrations instead of text, whenever possible.
7. Submit your posters in PDF format through this submission link on or before October 30, 2022.
