The UP Manila Interactive Learning Center and the College of Medicine Medical Education Unit invites you to Conversations on Remote Teaching and Learning in the Health Sciences with ILC Director Dr. Iris Thiele Isip Tan and MEU Chief Dr. Bernadette Heizel Manapat-Reyes.
This series will tackle remote teaching and learning in the health sciences. It covers designing a virtual training program (including design principles, curating resources and webside teaching) to assessment and ensuring engagement with online learners. The webinars will run every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 12 nn to 1 pm, beginning Sept 14. Zoom registration is free but slots are limited. This webinar aims to provide a clear set of guidelines for UP Manila faculty members on various issues on intellectual property rights in the academe. It covers topics on copyright, ownership, and fair use. The webinar was conceptualised in anticipation of issues that might arise as a consequence of the increased utility and creation of online materials by faculty as the university shifts to remote learning amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
