This 21-month internship program is a highly specialized program designed to instill and develop among the youth interns an appreciation and adoption of coconut production technologies, as well as starting/enhancing a coconut agri-enterprise. The youth are fielded among coconut LSAs and/or farm partners/ cooperatives for their hands-on internship during the first year, and in the second year, they will be mentored based on their agri-business (Business Enterprise Plan) proposals. The program provides start-up support and mentoring for the implementation of their BEP related to coconut across its value chain. Thus, empowering the youth to become coconut producers and agri-entrepreneurs.

This is an 11-month on-farm training composed of five (5) days of On-the-Job Training (OJT) on the farms and one (1) day of theoretical classes. The program aims to empower young agriculture graduates to become agripreneurs by providing global exposure to agriculture technologies and practices. Lessons and insights gained by participants from this joint venture will be invaluable in promoting agricultural innovation for economic gains for the Philippines.
