Abstract Guidelines

Download the Abstract Form below.

Please observe these guidelines when creating your abstracts for submission:

  1. Text: The texts for abstract should be written in English, font 12pt Times New Roman, justified, and with single spacing between lines. However, when typing complicated mathematical texts or equations, it is important to increase the space between text lines in order to prevent sub- and super-scripts fonts from overlapping.
  2. Length: Abstract is limited to 500 words. The title, name/s of authors, and affiliations are excluded in the prescribed number of words.
  3. Title: The title must be written in standard mixed case. Please do not write the title in all capital letters.
  4. Authors: Please enter all submitting authors in the order they should appear in the heading of the abstract. The name of the presenting author must be underlined, while the corresponding author, if different from the presenting author, must be marked with *after the name.
  5. Institutions: Author/s must have affiliation/s. Please provide the full address of the institution/s. If authors do not have the same affiliation, use superscript numbers (1, 2, etc.) after individual author’s names to indicate institutions. Department is an optional field.
