Our group’s summary is to reduce overall drowning during floods in Vietnam especially in rural and low-lying areas, where children are most vulnerable. Many children do not know how to swim, and communities often lack proper warning systems or safety equipment. This issue connects to the human development barrier of health and safety vulnerability and relates to SDG 3: Good health and well-being. Families often have little time to react, and many children are swept away before help even arrives.
