Did you know every day in Vietnam 60,000 metric tons of waste is produced, furthermore 75% of all this waste is mismanaged either being littered on the ground or ending up in waterways, according to the WWF they found that 10% of all trash in Vietnam is disposed into rivers and other water streams. This is two million one hundred and ninety thousand metric tons of waste being dumped into rivers and other waterways yearly, and 14 million metric tons of trash being burned or littered. This has been a major in Vietnam for many years and it has only been in the public eye for the last 2 decades, if we don't fix this it will cause more water sources to be contaminated with bacteria, and fish that live in our lakes and rivers will die, and our soil and agriculture will be damaged greatly too, we must change.
