Hanoian EV aims to encourage the use of electric cars in Hanoi by providing easy access to such cars for Hanoians currently depending on public transport or a motorbike for their transportation. In order to achieve this Hanoian EV proposes a cheap public short term electric vehicle rental service with a fleet of small cars and charging stations across the city.
