MASS SPECTROMETER
AGILENT INFINITY 1290 II / LC-MS / MS is extensively applied for the trace analysis of organic substances of pharmaco-toxicological interest in complex matrices (environmental and agri-food matrices, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products, fluids and biological tissues). In areas of biomedical interest, LC-MS / MS can be used for the determination in biological fluids of steroid and peptide hormones and / or substances capable of altering their levels (e.g. endocrine disruptors), for therapeutic monitoring, for study of the metabolism of new active ingredients, for the analysis of new drugs of abuse in biological and non-biological matrices.
CITOFLUORIMETER CITOFLEX-S
CytoFLEX S flow cytometry system (Beckman Coulter), equipped with four lasers and the capacity for 15 parameters, including 13 for fluorescence detection. Kaluza 2.0 (Beckman-Coulter) and FlowJo X (Treestar) softwares for analyses.
DROPLET DIGITAL PCR
QX200 Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR) System (Bio-Rad Laboratories), providing absolute quantification of target DNA or RNA molecules, equipped with QuantaSoft Software (Bio-Rad Laboratories) for miRNA expression analyses.

LANGENDORFF PERFUSION SYSTEM
The isolated heart or Langendorff heart is an in vitro technique used in pharmacology and physiology that allows to examine contractility and heart rate without the problems of in vivo methods.
CHEMIDOC
The "ChemiDoc MP" is a very flexible imaging system, capable of detecting colorimetric, chemiluminescent, fluorescent, red, green, blue and UV signals. It is also compatible with the 48 “Stain Free” technology for the visualization of proteins, immediately after the electrophoretic run.
