Eny meeny miny humpy not your son nor your daughter eeny meeny rumpy-pumpy cling cling lamb for slaughter. Which species is the biggest predator? Behind seven lakes, seven hills, seven forests, there is a seemingly idyllic land. And in it, as if by magic, an unexpected meeting happens not only once but three times. The first time, as if from a flying carpet, we see an animalistic figure in the thicket. The second time, we observe a frisky animal herd colliding with otherness. For the third and final meeting, the moment when a man enters the ordered world of nature. How does the relationship between animals differ from the relationship between humans and animals? This is asked by the creators of the sixth choreographic film project by the Polish Dance Theatre.
Gluttony
2025 / Spain / 3:10 min
Directed and written by Maria Paz Serra Parriego
Produced by Paula Spera

Color grading by Jo Berrojalbiz and Studio Claus
Art Direction by Leo Paulucci
Still Photography Julieta Olivieri
DOP Jo Berrojalbiz
Camera Operator Adriano Vaninni
Music Demian Erasmo
Gluttony is a haunting exploration of the devouring mother archetype, embodied by two twin dancers locked in an eternal cycle of consumption and dependency. Through visceral contemporary movement, the film unravels the tension between nourishment and destruction, love and suffocation. Inspired by the Ouroboros, the choreography unfolds in a labyrinthine setting, where the daughter desperately seeks escape, only to find herself inevitably drawn back. The visual language plays with the abject—orange gelatin evoking amniotic fluid, fractured reflections, and tactile imagery that blurs the boundaries between bodies. It is not just about gluttony; it is about inheritance, identity, and the inescapable hunger for connection.

Director, writer, and producer: Sandra Geco

A visual fable with poetic notes that oscillate between reality and surrealism to reveals a universe mixing plastic, landscape and poetry.
We discover a couple looking like René Magritte's lovers who have exchanged their veil against a plastic bag.
In research of sensitivity, this video fable questions our rupture with the rest of the living world and our (in)ability to identify with it.
We are this living being caught in a trap: how could we forget about it?

An old factory, a giant of iron and concrete, bears the scars of time. Its empty spaces whisper the silence of a vanished era.

The rhythm of the drums accompanies him, exploding in the final phase.

An abstracted film to contribute to the fight against racism. As an immigrant, I have experienced it first hand. This film showcases the beauty and richness of humanity. Nine cultures unite to make art. The dancers will tell you what brings humanity together. We must come together.

Hong Kong Ballet, Tutu Academy
2024 / Hong Kong / 1:45 min.
Creative and Art Direction: Pum Lefebure
Choreography and Artistic Director: Septime Webre
Director: Dean Alexander
At Tutu Academy, where tutus are the uniform, students of all characters (geeks to goths) express themselves through ballet—and bizarro hair. One odd day, a UFO lands and an alien enters the classroom. Eager to connect with the visitor who doesn’t speak earthly language, the teacher starts a dance conversation—followed by the entire class. At first, the alien struggles to learn the artful language, until he’s gifted a magical tutu. With fresh confidence, the green-hued stranger joyfully joins the dancing crew.
But just as the bond deepens, the alien must return to his homeland. With bittersweet farewells, the UFO departs—donning a tutu too. On his planet, a stark contrast to Tutu Academy’s vibrant vibe, the alien proudly presents tutus to his commanders, where they dance in celebration of the newfound connection with Earth.

OFFERING creates a meaningful and joyful convergence between the Migration Dance Film Project’s body percussion artists and emerging artists from dance (gigue, contemporary, street) and circus arts. The choreography uses the power of procession in Montreal’s urban borough of Little Burgundy to amplify its storyline of (re)imagined homescape in the era of mid-pandemic. The procession formed by movement artists from across communities weaves its way through urban corridors, neighbourhoods, green spaces — an uncoiled assemblage of nomadic storytellers anchored in the intimate knowledge of individual and shared experiences in unison. OFFERING imbues movement in stillness within our city and takes refuge in its powerful migratory patterns traced across our urbanscape.

NUVEM is a screendance piece created using the point cloud technique, exploring the boundaries of form and presence within digital space. Dispersed points are drawn to each other like suspended particles, guided by invisible forces that shape them into ephemeral bodies — cloud-bodies that emerge and dissolve in constant mutation.
The work constructs a sensory landscape where movement is not only choreographic, but also magnetic. As if held in suspension by an unseen magnetic field, NUVEM invites the viewer to immerse themselves in this rarefied universe, where the body’s contours are volatile and time unfolds in slow, continuous transformations.
