The purpose of the Team Culture Assessment Tool is to measure your perception of your team’s culture and whether it aligns with that of the organization as a whole. The assessment tool specifically looks at the extent to which you/your team are/is embodying and integrating the Principles for the UNFPA aspirational culture in your day-to-day work life.
The data collected will assist your team in getting a better understanding of the strengths of your internal culture as well as where it is currently not aligned with the Principles for the UNFPA aspirational culture and, therefore, needs further improvement or attention.
Your responses to the assessment tool are anonymous and will be collected confidentially. To maintain confidentiality and prevent identification of individual staff responses, only offices with seven or more respondents will receive the results at the office level. The report for your team will be shared with all team members in your team who have been invited to complete this assessment tool. Only the overall results will be shared, no individual responses will be made available.
