Emma comes from a journalistic and performing background, with experience as a voiceover artist, singer, director and deviser, actor and scriptwriter. She is also a qualified corporate and educational coach and has been designing and facilitating behavioural training across the sectors for nearly thirty years, specialising in Equality and Diversity/Inclusion and Conflict Resolution packages with clients as diverse as arny regiments within the MOD and staff at The Child Brain Injury Trust. She offers unique, tailor-made packages with ‘forum theatre’ scenarios at the heart of a training day or a conference, featuring professional actors and a ‘low-risk, high-gain’ experience for delegates, who can recognise their own situations and help influence outcomes. She is also the co-writer of ‘101 Days to Make a Change’; which forms the heart of many Undiscovered Country programmes.
