COURSE REPEAT POLICY

• No limit on course attempts.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• Non-majors can take any course in the major except for INTL 2112 and Senior Seminar.

• Students are encouraged to declare GLST as soon as possible.

Foreign Language

• Students must demonstrate competency in a foreign language appropriate to their selected concentration by completing the equivalent of two 3XXX or above courses.

Asian Concentration

• Students must study an Asian language and have an international experience in an Asian country.

• 2024-2025 is the last year that this will be offered as a concentration.

European Concentration

• Students must study a European language and have an international experience in a European country.

• 2024-2025 is the last year that this will be offered as a concentration.

International Experience

• Required International experience (spring break abroad does not fulfill this requirement).

• The shortest international experience the department will accept is a faculty-led or study abroad program that occurs over the summer.
