NOTES

• Bachelor of Arts in Music allows students to combine music training with another academic discipline by pursuing a second major, minor or certificate outside the Department of Music.

• Non-Majors can participate in any large ensembles (listed under Music Performance).  Some ensembles (University Chorale, Wind Ensemble, Orchestra, and Jazz Ensemble) require an audition at the beginning of the semester, but all students are welcome to audition.

• If students do not want to audition or are not extended an offer to join an ensemble after an audition, they are welcome to participate in non-auditioned large ensembles (Women’s Chorus, Men’s Chorus, Gospel Choir, Symphonic Band, or Philharmonia).
