COURSE REPEAT POLICY

• Students have 2 attempts to earn a B or better in each of the NURS and science pre-nursing courses

• Withdrawals do not count as an attempt.

NOTES

• The School of Nursing only has B requirements for the sciences and NURS 2100 and NURS 2200. Students who have exceeded two attempts in the same course and not earned a B or above are not eligible for Pre-Nursing.

Additional considerations for admission:

• 50+ hours of paid or volunteer experience

• Required to be certified as a CNA I by the start of upper level coursework. CNA Programs Cheat sheet 

Transient Study

• No course in the Nursing major can be taken as a transient study. Transfer credit for nursing courses will be considered on an individual basis.
