As teachers, our main goal is to help students improve their autonomous learning process so they can reach their best. Potencial and opportunities make a great combination, but for this to be real, we teachers must work on it.
This activity consists in studying and producing a good presentation of an interesting web tool that can be useful for us and specially for our students.
Steps:
1- Choose a web tool from here. Good info here too.
2- Write your choice here so the teacher can check it. Write more than one in case another group has the same idea, all works have to be different. The sooner you write yours, the easier to get your first option.
3-Describe the web tool: a demo in class in which you produce a simple resource can be very interesting, explain different uses, try it with your topic and explain how we can use it in primary. This presentation should be of about 15 minutes. Link the activities you produce in the portfolio. We may use them for other works.
Use the rubric below to evaluate the web tool you have chosen. Summarize the most important ideas for other people to use it and complete the table.
4-Every group must use their own and another group tool in activity 3, so it is important to make a good presentation not only for your work but also to help your classmates.
