To miss a shift without using PTO, you can swap with another resident. See this video for details.
Residents can take up to 5 days per year to use for Advocacy, Community Engagement & Career Enrichment.

Residents needing to take a Leave of Absence (LOA) from the program must contact:

Will set up brief meeting to discuss how leave plans will affect their training and offer general support.
Leave of Absence Coordinator: Alex Sandberg
Will set up a time to discuss the details of your leave.
