Resources for faculty who teach MD students at the University of Minnesota Medical School
Faculty who teach in the foundations phase of medical school (years 1 and 2) have the ability to pull student evaluation of faculty data directly from the course evaluation system, CoursEval. Below are tutorials for how to do this.
To log into CoursEval, please click the appropriate button below.
How to login to the CoursEval system without an email address that ends with @umn.edu.
In the clinical years, student evaluations of faculty are managed centrally by the A&E team through the MEDtrics software system. If you are looking for this data for the clinical years, you will need to reach out to the clerkship coordinator in order to request this data.
If you aren’t sure who the coordinator is, please check the course directory for their information by searching using the course number.
If after these steps you are still not able to find the coordinator contact information, please feel free to reach out to medtrics@umn.edu to request the coordinators contact information. Our team will need to know the course number in order to determine which coordiantor to connect you with.
