A visitor is defined as an individual that will be working in the lab less than one month and will be handling chemicals or biological samples.
Paperwork
Fill out and sign the Lab Usage Agreement.
If the visitor is a minor, the individual and the lab are required by law to complete additional paperwork. Please see the Minors page.
Send all completed paperwork to CBS HR at cbshr@umn.edu.
Training
Short-term visitors are not required to take the full online DEHS training due to the timeline of their visit. They are required to take lab specific training from a qualified individual in the lab.
