Facilities

If you experience a minor facilities issue with the Biological Sciences Center, the Ecology Building, Gortner Laboratory, or Snyder Hall, please contact Annie Yetter. She can be reached at 612-625-8083 or ayetter@umn.edu. You can also stop into Gortner 140. Staff will submit a work order to Facilities Management.

If the issue occurs after business hours or on the weekend, please contact Facilities Management directly at 612-624-2900. Note the location and specific issue for call center staff.

To follow up on the status of a submitted work order, please contact Annie Yetter at 612-625-8083, email ayetter@umn.edu, or stop by Gortner 140. Staff can communicate with central facilities regarding status requests.

If you are locked out of the building outside of building hours, contact PSECC at 612-626-3680. 

For Emergencies (ie. flooding, fire, smoke):

Contact Facilities Management directly at 612-624-2900. Note the location and specific emergency for call center staff. 

Electronics Recycling:

Electronic recycling can be found on the loading dock in the Biological Sciences Building. All computers must be returned to 140 Gortner to be wiped by RLT before their disposal.
