Ensuring that our corporate sponsors have a positive experience when working with student clubs and organizations is a must. Please use the resources on this website to assist with your sponsorship request process.

Sponsorship Seeking Process

Step 1: Academic Affairs & Student Engagement Team

• Supports ALL clubs with sponsorship process

• Clubs seeking sponsorship need to schedule a meeting with Meghan before any asks go out

• All sponsorship asks over $1,000 must be approved by Meghan

• Meghan will discuss strategy, process, sponsorship ask documents, and connect you to additional resources

Step 2: Work with GBCC and Institutional Advancement

Sponsorship Fee

The University has implemented a 3% fee on all sponsorships that are brought into the University. Please take this 3% fee into account when you are budgeting.

The fee covers administrative costs associated with University accounts, including gift processing, IRS gift documentation, account administration, deposits, distribution to collegiate units, investment management, and donor stewardship.

The 3% fee does not affect the company’s ability to claim their entire sponsorship as tax deductible.
