ECE Undergraduate Scholarship Opportunities: Due to the generosity of many ECE alumni, the ECE Department has a robust departmental scholarship program. All EE and CompE students who are admitted to the major are eligible to apply. We have many different scholarship funds, each with a separate set of award criteria. Some scholarships are based on merit. Some are based on financial need. Some are geared toward students who meet other special criteria. All upper division EE and CompE students are encouraged to apply, and we use one Google form application to determine your eligibilty for all of the different funds. We expect to award around $450,000 to ECE students for the 2025-2026 academic year. Please note that the department is unable to award funds in excess of the cost of attendance. The application for the 2025-2026 will open in mid-March, and the applications will be due sometime in early April Applicants can expect to hear the results of the scholarship award process sometime in June.
