  • PAWS: PAWS (Pet Away Worry & Stress) sessions feature registered therapy animal teams - including dogs, bunnies, chickens and other therapy animals. Sessions are FREE and open to the University of Minnesota community.

  • Stress Busters: Refresh and recharge with a weekly informal hour of meditation and light movement in the beautiful Mayo Meditation Space. Instructors guide exercises to promote physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual rejuvenation.
