  • Student Mental Health: Useful resources and help if you are concerned about your own or a friend's well-being.

  • Student Counseling Services (SCS): A useful resource for academic and personal counseling as well as skills development.

  • Learn to Live: Learn to Live is a newer U of M resource to support with pressures you may face. Whether you suffer from stress, depression, or social anxiety, online programs are designed to help you reach your goals at your own pace.

  • Let's Talk: A program providing confidential and free drop-in appointments with counselors either in-person at the U of M or virtual via Zoom about daily life issues or concerns.

  • De-stress: You can sign up for a free, confidential stress check-in with a trained student peer to discuss things such as classes, social life, health concerns, or roommate issues. Peer helpers are trained listeners who can provide ideas and resources to help!

  • Taking Charge of your Health and Wellbeing: Holistic website supporting life areas around health and well-being.
