• Incomplete Grade Agreement Form: If you and your instructor agree to an incomplete, you must fill out this form.

• Transfer Course Petition Form: Use this form if you have a transfer course that you want to count for a Liberal Education Requirement

• Academic Policy Petition Form: The jack-of-all-trades petition form for the entire U of M campus and a range of petitions.

  • • • CSE Petitioning for Exemptions Advice: Information to help students create suitable petitions to CSE for degree situations such as retroactive withdrawal of classes, taking more than 20 credits a semester or repeating a class for a third time.

• 13 Credit Exemption Information and Application: If you need to take less than 13 credits per semester for any reason or are graduating and need to take less than 13 credits to graduate - information and 13 credit exemption request form here.

• Class Time Conflict Information and Application: Details and on-line application (now only able to do on-line) to apply to take classes that have a time conflict of 1 minute or greater.

• Applying for Graduation Information and Process: One Stop details on how to actually apply for graduation; you must do this before the deadline of the semester you plan to graduate so CSE and the U of M know you are graduating.

• Graduation Checklist: A useful list of items to review prior to graduation - some of these you will probably already have done automatically in the lead up to your final semester of study.
