CEHD Staff Council

Purpose

The College of Education and Human Development Staff Council (CSC) has general responsibility in areas of concern regarding College Civil Service/Bargaining Unit employees. It serves in an advisory role to the Dean on matters concerning CS/BU staff that come under the jurisdiction of the College. Bargaining Unit staff representation is subject to contract specifications.

Activities

Professional development funds application
Professional Development (PD) awards of up to $750 are given to assist CS/BU staff to advance their knowledge and skills. All CEHD CS/BU staff are eligible; awards are prorated for staff who work less than 75 percent time.

Meetings

Staff Council meetings are generally held on the the second Thursday of each month (excluding June and July), from 2–3 p.m.
