The Career Development Network (CDN) Diversity and Inclusion Committee’s purpose is to support and engage staff in reflecting on their own intersectional identities and their work in career development for all students - especially from historically marginalized backgrounds. The CDN Diversity & Inclusion committee's website includes monthly diversity and inclusion tips, professional development and programming.
