Intern Position Title: International Project Assistant
Number of Positions: One position for a longer duration of approximately 12 weeks or two positions, back-to-back, each approximately 6 weeks. One internship for the longer period is somewhat preferred.
Intern Position Description: Working on three main projects:
Main internship activities include:
Reviewing and upgrading all English language materials (event offers, hotel booking confirmations, website content, front desk communications, etc.)
Data cleansing of our customer database (checking status via LinkedIn, removing double entries, etc.) & general data entry of client activities.
Brainstorming and researching the feasibility of two different client engagement events for 2024 (one US & one UK).
Desired Skills, Interests, & Qualities:
Fluent in English, with strong written English in particular.
A candidate possessing a good grasp of German (State Department level 3 proficiency) will be best equipped for this internship. Candidates with a lower level may still be considered.

Internship Dates: June 3rd thru August 15th, either as one internship or divided into two internships, back-to-back. Prior to the 3rd of June, we can conduct some “onboarding” via virtual calls but the internship will officially begin in person, on Monday, the 3rd of June.
Hours per Week: 32 hours a week. 6.5 hours/5 days a week OR 8 hours/4 days a week. (Includes 30 minutes for lunch!)
Pay or Other Compensation: Monetary compensation between €400 to €600, depending on the duration of the internship can be discussed. Meals are available at a substantially reduced rate in the Estrel's employee dining facility “Lieblingplatz”.
