Welcome to the Public Health 382 "Population Health Determinants and Disparities" Final Project Website! This "class product" website is a compilation of 16 course-long projects engaging various issues related to social determinants of health (SDoH) and health disparities. We hope that the projects and website will generate conversation about SDoH and health disparities that is accessible to the University of Michigan School of Public Health and university community and also also reaches a broader audience of scholars, teachers, and students interested in SDoH in Michigan and elsewhere.
We've compiled 16 (see tabs above) multimodal, multimedia projects that incorporate research and critically examine concepts and themes related to "Population Health Determinants and Disparities". These projects include podcasts, infographics, interviews, Instagram pages, case studies, blog posts, and more! We hope these projects provide invaluable insight into social determinants of health in the US and their implications for population health.
