For our group project, we focused on targeting food insecurity at The University of Michigan. To better understand the issue, we conducted interviews with a professor teaching a class on food literacy as well as a worker at the Maize & Blue Cupboard. We wanted to provide resources for those who are experiencing food insecurity as well as provide resources for those that want to help combat the issue.
