Goal 2: Strategic Actions

Create a Data Management and Visualization Lab in collaboration with faculty from USG partner institutions, the Office of Information Technology (OIT) and USG Facilities.
Create a designated area for virtual reality programming and services.
Collaborate with OIT to bring a permanent presence of their staff into the library.
Create a Media Studio.
Improve the delineation between quiet and collaborative areas in the library, ensuring that spaces are welcoming and varied to meet different needs.
Establish a highly visible presence in the Biomedical Sciences and Engineering Education building (BSE) through two consultation offices and collaboration with science on display initiatives on large visualization walls.
