Explore revenue-generating services and/or programs that the library could offer.
Collaborate with the Office of Advancement and Community Engagement in the areas of workforce development and developing students’ entrepreneurial skills.
Host workshops, conferences and meetings of library professionals from across the region from all types of libraries to share best practices and innovations.
