- Explore revenue-generating services and/or programs that the library could offer.
- Collaborate with the Office of Advancement and Community Engagement in the areas of workforce development and developing students’ entrepreneurial skills.
- Host workshops, conferences and meetings of library professionals from across the region from all types of libraries to share best practices and innovations.
