This scrapbook explores the world through things other than simple words. On some pages that is through poetry, on others that is through nature and connections, and on others that is through music and art. The pages take you on a journey of personal expression, setbacks of jealousy and pressure to live up to expectations, and resolution and calm through beauty in the world and relationships. It finishes with a sequence of different genres of music that evoke a range of emotions. Through the use of different techniques like paper layering, calligraphy, and texture, one unique living experience is translated into collages of icons, images, and patterns.
