Corporation

The UMCVFD Corporation is comprised of two sub-groups, the IECS/Active and Auxiliary, each with their own set of responsibilities and governing rules. ALL members, Active IECS, and Auxiliary, of Upper Montgomery are automatically Corporate Members. Members of both the IECS/Active and Auxiliary groups work together to accomplish the overall goals of the UMCVFD corporation.

The UMCVFD corporation is managed by an elected Board of Directors. The Board is comprised from members of the IECS/Active, Auxiliary, and Corporate members. You may be a member of the UMCVFD corporation without being a member of the IECS Active or Auxiliary.
