What we do
Pretty much anything involving computers, email, and networks at Upper Montgomery. We add posts to the UMCVFD.org website and Intranet. This can include diagnosing & resolving hardware and software issues or questions that arise, researching solutions to ad-hoc projects: data backup; point of sale; camera security; fiber networking; GPS tracking; assist with some graphics & videos, to name a few.

Perimeter Security Cameras
We are in the midst of installing perimeter surveillance cameras on all three buildings. We have provided the intra-building network infrastructure. The contractor, Premier Security Systems is in the process of installing the Network Video Recorder, individual PoE TCP/IP cameras, and network switches. The system will operate as it's own subnet on our existing network. Once it is installed, it will be UMCVFD’s personnel responsibility to monitor and maintain the cameras and NVR.
